Refund policy
At Vitroot Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unopened, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original after inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
For supplements and personal care products, we cannot accept opened items for health and safety reasons.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue your refund.
