  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • If there is any delay or issue with your order, we will notify you via support@vitroot.org.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States.
  • International shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country.

 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

 

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • International shipping may be available for select countries; options will be shown at checkout if applicable.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Vitroot Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs.



6. Delays & Lost Packages

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • If a package is lost or missing, please contact us at support@vitroot.org, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
